Yes, Support includes:
– Responding to questions or problems regarding the item and its features
– Fixing bugs and reported issues
– Providing updates to ensure compatibility with new software versions
No, Support does not include:
– Setting services
– Server / Hosting problems
– Support for third party software and plug-ins
– WooCommerce configuration: support does not include products configuration and WooCommerce settings configuration
– General WordPress support (please use the WordPress forums for this)
– Adding new features or extending the features currently available
– Changing colors and/or images *
– Any type of modification or customization
* As you can imagine, requests like changing colors and images from a few hundreds of members everyday would be impossible to fulfill. If we do, we wouldn’t have time to do anything else. Our support staff views all forum tickets and comments. If you are requesting support for minor modifications to the theme’s default code, we are happy to assist you even if it complex, given the situation that modification does not take more than few minutes.
(However, please notice that the code which we offer you might not work after some major update. Actually, it is impossible for us to consider everything modified differently from those which we have orininally intended in our theme, while focusing on our main tasks. As regards the problems caused by those modifications, we cannot offer you any help, because we would have to analyaze every cause of respective problems even if we do, and also it would take too long time to amend them properly again.)
If however your modification is more complex, and requires more than just a few lines of code, we can only provide guidance to your question. Complex modifications will require you to implement the changes in-house or hire a 3rd-party programmer to assist you.
